Albenyah Al-Asasiya Contracting Company’s focuses on people with disabilities from humanitarian, educational, social, and cultural perspectives, and this attention is no longer merely an act of mercy, charity, or compassion, but rather stems from the recognition that people with disabilities are capable individuals with potential equal to that of able-bodied people, and that providing them with opportunities enables them to become successful individuals capable of competing with able-bodied people in all fields.

Saudi nationals with disabilities were hired by the company after the work environment was adapted for them. Among them are:

• During her time at the company, she has proven to be one of the top employees in terms of learning speed and performance, receiving an excellent evaluation score exceeding 90%.
• Her outstanding performance helped launch an internal initiative to hire more people with disabilities in similar roles, while adapting the work environment to their needs and providing them with the necessary training.
